Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work with many different people, ranging from CEOs, housewives, people with various health problems to National and International professional athletes.
My approach to exercise and sport is multi-joint and the whole body. My experience has also been supported by scientific research – the human body responds much better to these multi-joint movements, that create better and more sustainable results.
